Ep.20 | Failing Forward: Nothing is for Nothing

Ever wondered how tripping over your own feet can lead to a standing ovation?

In this episode, we explore the art of failing forward—because even when you fall flat on your face, you're still moving ahead!

Taking a cue from Madam Leota from Haunted Mansion (because who doesn’t love a good Disney quote?). We’ll unpack why every misstep is just a lesson in disguise and how every mistake is a stepping stone to success.

We’ll chat about Thomas Edison’s relentless lightbulb experiments—yep, the guy wasn’t afraid to fail a lot, for him failure wasn't just an option—it's was a necessity for innovation.

But don’t worry, it’s not all serious business. So, grab your favorite “I tried” trophy, settle in, and get ready to laugh, learn, and leap forward with us! Tune in for a hearty laugh and actionable strategies to turn your setbacks into setups for greatness. Because in our world, nothing is for nothing!

What is the Fit with Faith Podcast?

Let’s be honest… in today's society we are surrounded by a lot of negativities. I truly believe that a lot of people today have lost their way with God and have let society change the way they see themselves.

With my podcast, I want to use real life stories and struggles to help understand just how valuable you are to God and really get you to understand that you DO have a purpose. You are not defined by your mistakes, by failures, by hate comments, by your past, by your relationship status, by your job, by your pain…. you are not defined by anyone or anything other than our Lord.

I will be bringing others in to share their testimonies and get their takes on certain subjects as well! I am looking forward to pulling back the curtain, exposing the darkness, and letting God’s light in.
