Cancellation Policy

Commitment Term: Clients are required to commit to a minimum of six months when entering an agreement with our services. This ensures both parties are fully invested in the journey towards achieving the desired outcomes and goals.

Notice of Cancellation: If a client decides not to continue after the initial six-month period or at any subsequent stage, they must provide a cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to their next payment date. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and provide seamless service to all clients.

Cancellation Process:

  1. Clients must submit their cancellation request in writing via our official contact method [insert contact details or email].

  2. The 30-day notice period begins from the date we acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request.

  3. During this notice period, all scheduled payments and services will continue as planned.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for payments made during the 30-day notice period. All services rendered within this time are considered duly provided.

Reactivation: Should you decide to return within 12 months of cancellation, a reactivation fee may apply, and your previous terms of service might not be guaranteed due to possible changes in our offerings.

Amendments: This policy is subject to change, and clients will be notified of any updates.

Scheduling Calls: All client calls must be scheduled in advance through my online calendar system, which operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. I encourage clients to book their slots as far in advance as necessary to secure their preferred times. This ensures that each client receives dedicated attention and timely responses.

Text Communication: Text messages should only be used for emergencies or questions that cannot wait until the next scheduled call. This helps me maintain focus on providing high-quality service during planned interactions.

Weekend Policy: Replies to messages and inquiries on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not guaranteed. These days are reserved for personal time to recharge and prepare to best serve my clients during the week. I appreciate your understanding and support in respecting this schedule.
